Shipping and Returns
Shipping
All orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days and typically take 5-7 business days to arrive with our standard shipping. We do offer free shipping on all orders $150 or above, except for international orders.
Processing and shipping times can vary depending on volume of orders and outside factors such as, but not limited to, environmental conditions, courier delays or stoppage issues, etc.
Please ensure you provide your full name and shipping address, including unit number or buzzer code, needed to ensure a successful delivery. Any error in the shipping address provided may result in your order being returned back to sender or being lost. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please reach out as soon as possible to info@qrproxy.co so we can update your order’s address before it has shipped.
Once your order has shipped, we will not be able to change or update your shipping address. Any additional delays, cost or lost package we are not responsible for and are the responsibility of the consumer.
QR does not provide delivery services and relies on courier partners and fulfillment centres for processing, fulfillment, and delivery. Occasionally delays in delivery can occur. We are NOT responsible for any delays or lost package due to the courier. If your tracking number states your package was delivered and you do not have the package, contact the courier for help. Please contact us at info@qrproxy.co after speaking to the courier provider about your package.
For international orders there may be additional shipping costs such as import duties which QR is not responsible for and are the responsibility of the consumer.
Returns
ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Once a payment goes through, payment processing fees are non-refundable to the consumer. QR is NOT responsible if the customers damages or fails to follow the proper product care steps. If your order arrives damaged, you have 24 hours from delivery (or next business day) to contact us for resolution, which can be a full refund on your order minus any shipping fees or a reship of available product(s).
QR is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If your item does arrive damaged, contact us ASAP!
If the wrong item was shipped to you by mistake, email us at info@qrproxy.co for assistance. Make sure you add your order number in the subject line of your email, this helps us attend to your needs quickly. Include proof of purchase, pictures of the item(s) you received and any additional information so we can understand the situation. We will make it right!
